Honest Charley accepts most major credit cards. The world of credit card ordering is changing rapidly. Because of the unfortunate increase of credit card fraud, there are many new rules put forth by companies like American Express, Visa and MasterCard. These regulations often require more stringent procedures specifically relating to ship to addresses or those other than the address your where your charge card statement is sent. Please make sure your exact phone number and the address where your charge card statement comes to as well as other verification information we will ask you for when you are placing your order. We reserve the right to ship your merchandise to the address the credit card company has on file. Orders paid for by American Express will ONLY be shipped to the address they have for your account. Sorry, we do not accept COD shipments. For customers who want to pay by check, we recommend that you send a certified check or money order, or be willing to wait up to 21 days for your check to clear before shipment is initiated.
It is very important to understand that once a part is installed or modified, the status of these products has changed. All parts manufacturers have a NO RETURN Policy after part is installed or modified.

Write your RMA number on the label of the returned package. Without the RMA number, your package will not be routed to the Returns Department. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments on returned items.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase! We are not responsible parts failure due to improper installation, or modification of the part. Honest Charley does not offer any guarantee of fitment for any particular purpose and limits its liability to the purchase price of the item. All parts should be installed by properly trained individuals. Returns also require an RMA number.

Always immediately inspect the contents of your shipment. Notify the carrier if damage has occurred. (Fed Ex phone number 1-800-463-3339) Boxed merchandise must be kept in the original shipping carton for inspection. DO NOT return damaged items to Honest Charley until inspected by Fed Ex. The package must be inspected at the point of delivery. It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the merchandise in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, make sure the driver notes this fact on their delivery sheet.
All sales are FOB our warehouse in Tennessee. We ship most shipments by Fed Ex. Prices listed on the website and in the catalog do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to your order. Some items must shipped by motor freight, a sales representative will give you a estimated delivery charge.
